Managing Difficult Conversations at Work
ABOUT PEOPLE PROBLEMS
SOME OF THE PROBLEMS WITH PEOPLE PROBLEMS.
All of us come across difficult
people and difficult situations at home, at work and in our social lives.
Sometimes these difficulties can be very obvious and very serious for us. But
even if individual episodes do not seem too serious by themselves, the effect
on us can be stressful and disabling if this type of episode occurs again and
It may be that the difficulties occur so often and so regularly that we either
feel that we can't do anything about them and resign ourselves to 'life being
like that', or we get used to them like a background noise. Either way, these
sorts of difficulties can put a load on us and can chip away at our enjoyment
of life and at our self-confidence in being able to handle situations.
THE MESSAGE OF THIS SITE IS THAT LIFE DOES NOT HAVE TO BE LIKE THAT
